My husband has been traveling a lot this fall -- a lot as in gone nearly 50% of the time. At the same time, I am home wearing my many hats: rancher, high school teacher, yoga teacher, yoga student... hats I love but that do truly exhaust me (particularly when I must wear 3+ in any given day). What I've noticed is that in these busy times I need self-care more than ever, but I end up getting stuck in the same cycle of hot baths and yoga and quite frankly using the same remedies time and time again doesn't quite sate the goals of self-care. Sometimes, self-care means doing whatever sounds good and easy and relaxing. But other times it means going against what sounds "nice" in order to do what will truly nourish and grow yourself -- doing things, even, that you maybe would not think to do without some sort of outside influence.

Today, I'm therefore sharing with you the first installment of my series of wellness BINGO cards: "Self-Care BINGO". Print it out or screenshot it to where you can draw on it, marking off each task as you complete it. Challenge yourself to do tasks until you end up with a BINGO or complete the whole board -- as long as you are playing, you are #winning.
I will be sharing my progress on Instagram via my story; if you post yours there please tag me so I can see! @brooke_being
Happy playing, y'all, and I hope this adds a little spice to your self-care life.
